REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your order has been placed and confirmed at COCO COLLECTIVE, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure you enter the correct details when placing an order.

COCO COLLECTIVE does not offer refunds and has an Exchange Only policy. Please note, some items are final sale and non-returnable. If you have questions about a specific item please contact us. By purchasing from us, you are agreeing to these terms. All our garments are quality checked to the highest standard before going out for delivery. However, in the unlikely event you find a fault with your item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

In order to obtain an exchange, you will need to email us at info@shopcococollective.com and send back the garment within seven days. Please do not send any items for an exchange without contacting our team first, who will advise you with the appropriate steps. All items must be unworn, unwashed and unmarked including makeup stains and perfume scents, with original tags in place and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges should the above mentioned not be adhered to. 

Please ensure you retain your proof of purchase (email order confirmation) and proof of postage. COCO COLLECTIVE does not hold any responsibility for missing items or items that we fail to receive, it is the sender’s responsibility to keep track of this.
